What we do not do
Sitewide runs the property growth layer in front of your operating systems. It does not become the ledger, make housing decisions, or silently act in your name.
Your PMS remains the system of record
Sitewide does not replace accounting, leases, payments, screening, maintenance, recertification, inspections or revenue management. Approved integrations exchange only the data the operator permits.
No automatic housing decisions
Sitewide does not decide eligibility, approve applicants, rank prospects by protected characteristics, set rents or make compliance determinations. Those remain governed operator workflows.
No invented local presence
Rental properties themselves are not eligible for Google Business Profiles. We work only with eligible, staffed sales or leasing offices, with documented operator ownership or authorization.
No silent public actions
Review replies, major content changes, domain changes, paid media and connector activation require the right role and an approval record. Drafting and task routing are not the same as publishing.
We also do not guarantee rankings, review scores, occupancy, lead volume or signed leases. Sitewide makes the work attributable, measurable and accountable. Market outcomes remain affected by price, availability, location, service quality and competition.
What Sitewide is responsible for

- Fair housing notice and policy language enforced by the build, not by memory
- An accessibility floor the build refuses to ship below
- Total monthly cost shown wherever a rent is shown
- Amenities ranked by evidenced renter demand rather than listed alphabetically
- Structured data, verified coordinates and on-site maps where source data supports them
- One tagged lead form per building, so a lead is attributable to a door
- A lead inbox with stages, ownership, follow-up tasks and an activity record
- Review monitoring tasks and approval-gated response workflows
- SEO work records, content actions, reporting and connector health by property
- A dated record of what each building published and which checks passed
