Integrations
Your PMS stays. Everything else connects.
Yardi, RealPage, Entrata and AppFolio keep the ledger and the lease. Sitewide runs the layer in front: leads in, listings out, the Google surface managed. Every connector below shows its honest state, because "synced" should mean a real authorized check passed, not a logo on a slide.

Sign into the live demo workspace right now
A real, running copy of Sitewide Command with a fictional portfolio: properties, tagged leads, tasks, reviews awaiting approval, SEO findings, and every integration card showing its true state. Nothing in it is real, and it says so on every screen.
What to look at
Open a lead and notice it already knows its building. Open a review response and notice it cannot publish without approval. Open the integrations screen and notice nothing pretends to be connected. That restraint is the product.
The demo workspace is shared and fictional. Anything you type in it may be seen by other visitors and cleared at any time.

Property-tagged lead capture
Every generated site posts to hardened intake with per-building attribution, atomic rate limits and spam controls. The lead lands in the command center already knowing its building, its source and its consent context.
Listing feed generation
Your portfolio exports as a structured listing feed from the same data that builds the sites, so what a platform shows can never drift from what your site says. Feed agreements with each platform are signed per client.
Review drafting with forced approval
Responses are drafted in the command center and structurally cannot publish until a named manager approves them. Drafting, approval, authorization and publication are four separate recorded states, not one button.
Per-building reporting
Leads, tasks, reviews, SEO findings and publishing records, each carrying its property. Modeled figures are labeled modeled and are never mixed with observed values.
The handoff layer
Your PMS, fed and never replaced
Direct adapters are activated per client, because every one of these vendors requires the client's own authorization and agreement. We request access as you, with you, during onboarding, and nothing is called connected until an authorized check succeeds.
Yardi RentCafe
Availability and property data in, qualified leads handed off, leasing outcomes back for true cost-per-lease. Yardi grants API access through your account, so activation starts with a request you make and we manage.
RealPage and Entrata
The same contract: availability in, leads handed off, outcomes back. Vendor agreements and rate limits are handled during onboarding, and the connector card shows state, last success and cadence at all times.
AppFolio
Property, listing, unit and lead data through the partner ecosystem, subject to your plan's API access. If your plan does not expose it, we say so before you sign anything.
Apartments.com, Zillow, Zumper
Listing distribution from the same governed feed, under each platform's agreement. The point is not being on the platforms, it is that your own channel stops depending on them: an ILS lease costs about four times what your own channel's does.
The Google layer
Managed with your authorization, measured honestly
Google Business Profile
Here is a boundary most vendors skip: a rental building is not eligible for its own profile, only a staffed sales or leasing office is. We run the eligibility check first and manage only what Google's rules actually allow, under your ownership.
Google reviews
Ingested per location once an eligible profile is authorized, drafted in the command center, and published only through the approval workflow. Never incentivized, never filtered to positive-only, never suppressed.
Google Analytics 4
Conversion events on your properties, behind the consent gate we install by default. Measurement that loads before consent is exactly the exposure our own audit flags, so ours does not.
Google Search Console
Query and indexing data per building once you delegate access, mapped to the page and property it belongs to, with a freshness timestamp on every number.
The rules under all of it. You own or explicitly delegate every account. Credentials live in managed secrets, never in source or screenshots. Manual import is labeled manual, never called sync. A connector card always shows its state, last success, cadence and last error. And nothing anywhere is called connected until a real authorized provider check has succeeded, which is enforced by the database itself, not by policy.
