The services that operate this site

Cloudflare hosts this site, protects it and stores form submissions in a Cloudflare database. Cloudflare may process ordinary request information and may load its own site-performance beacon. We do not run advertising pixels, session replay, third-party fonts or a chat widget, and we do not sell visitor information.

What we collect, and only when you send it

The preview and enquiry forms collect what you type: your name, email, company, how many buildings you manage, and your message. Alongside it we store the time, the page the form was on, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address used for abuse prevention and security. We do not store the raw IP.

Where it goes and who sees it

Submissions are stored in our own database on Cloudflare's infrastructure and read by the people who run Sitewide, nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we contact you only about the thing you asked about.

Deletion

Email [email protected] from the address you submitted and we will delete your records and confirm it, normally within a few business days.

The live demo

The example portfolio at /demo is fictional. Pages with a map load the Leaflet library from unpkg and basemap tiles from CARTO. Those providers receive the ordinary request information needed to return their files. The map does not request your precise device location.

Client analytics, advertising and call-tracking tags are a separate product configuration. When used, they are disclosed and held behind the configured consent gate. A platform's security and performance telemetry is documented here separately from client marketing measurement.
