A slow response reads as indifference and a rushed one becomes a screenshot. The workflow removes both failure modes: responses are drafted immediately, reviewed by a person with their name on it, and published only then. The response cadence per building is tracked, so quiet months cannot hide.

The three questions operators ask about reviews
Can responses publish automatically?
No, and that is deliberate. Drafting, approval, authorization and publication are four separate recorded states. A response that has not been approved by a named manager cannot reach the public, no matter who clicks what.
Do you filter or incentivize reviews?
Never. No gating to positive-only, no paid incentives, no suppression. The workflow makes honest responses fast, which is the only reputation tactic that survives an audit.
Which platforms does this cover?
Google reviews are ingested per location once you authorize an eligible profile. A rental building itself is not eligible for a Google Business Profile; only a staffed sales or leasing office is, and we run that eligibility check first.
