Pricing

Priced per building, because the work is per building

Eighteen buildings is eighteen markets. The price follows the work, and it grows when you acquire, without a renegotiation.

The ladder

Five tiers, one direction

Start with a record, end with a system. Each tier stands alone and each one credits forward.

TIER 0

The Exposure Record

A dated record of what your portfolio publishes, produced by someone other than the vendor who published it. Credited in full against a Foundation build started within 90 days.

$6,500
TIER 1

Foundation

The corporate site rebuilt as the legal front door for the whole portfolio, with the owner funnel and the resident funnel finally separated.

$9,500
TIER 2

Portfolio

A real page per building: its own title, canonical, structured data, amenities ranked by evidenced renter demand, and its own tagged lead form.

$500-750
per property
TIER 3

Market Management

The gate running every month on every building, including the ones you have not bought yet. This is where the work actually lives.

$165-225
per property / mo
TIER 4

Command Center

One place to answer what each building published, on what date, and which checks passed on the build that shipped it.

$900 / mo

Rungs 2 and 3 raise inbound volume, and that volume lands on the same site team. We will not sell you rung 3 without intake capacity beside it. Handing an understaffed office more leads and calling it a win is how this goes wrong.

Start at Tier 0, on purpose

The Exposure Record is credited in full against a Foundation build started within 90 days. If the record says nothing useful, you have lost a small fee and learned your presentation is clean. That is a fair trade and we will say so.
