About
Who is behind this
Sitewide Properties is a venture of Aim High Advising, a systems firm. You run the business. We run the system.
Why this exists
We kept meeting the same operator: eight, fifteen, twenty buildings, and one website that mentions all of them and ranks for none. The industry's own data says the website plus the Google layer produces most leases, and the industry treats that channel as a freebie bundled with the PMS contract. That gap is the whole company.
So we built an engine instead of an agency process: your portfolio becomes structured data, every building gets a real site generated from it, and a publishing gate refuses to ship any page missing its fair housing notice, failing its contrast floor, or advertising a rent without the all-in total. Fixing a template once fixes every building. That is not a slogan, it is how the software works, and you can click through a live example right now.
Why there are no testimonials on this site
Because we are new, and we would rather tell you that than decorate the page with logos you cannot verify. Two things stand in for testimonials until real ones exist:
The work, inspectable
The live example portfolio is generated by the same engine that would run yours, and it passes the same published checks. Judge the product, not a quote about it.
The preview, free
We build three of your actual buildings before you pay anything. A vendor confident in the work can afford to show it first. That is the deal, and it is the only funnel on this site.
We also publish the full list of what we do not touch: of 53 documented industry pains, we can fully solve one. Vendors who claim otherwise are how operators end up with shelfware.

Email reaches a person, not a sequence: [email protected]. If you want us to look at your portfolio, the fastest path is the free preview request: it takes two minutes and costs nothing.
